Meet Brandi - Founder of Elevated Assist
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically the short term rental industry, I’ve built my career around creating seamless experiences for both homeowners and guests. My background spans Airbnb management and guest services, including staging, supply coordination, check-in and check-out logistics, and curating memorable stays that keep guests returning.
I began in Whitefish, Montana (aka “mini aspen”) where I first received my license as a property manager, I later expanded into building a boutique Home Watch business tailored to high-income earners, specializing in caring for secondary homes while their owners were away. This work allowed me to refine concierge-style services that go beyond simple oversight, bringing peace of mind through thoughtful attention to detail. I then created Elevated Assist to bring that same structure, reliability, and thoughtful support to busy individuals and professionals throughout the Coachella Valley
I’m known for creating necessary systems, communicating clearly, and following through on the details. With that foundation, I bring professionalism, reliability, and thoughtful execution to everything I do.
My goal is simple: Every client gets personalized, high-touch assistance tailored to their routines and priorities, enabling busy professionals and families the freedom to enjoy their time, knowing their home and lifestyle needs are handled with care.
What is a “lifestyle assistant” and why would I need one?
A lifestyle assistant* is essentially a personal right-hand who helps individuals or families manage the daily parts of life that take up time, energy, or mental bandwidth.
